Return and exchange policy: Because our abayas are custom-made according to order and are not ready-made, returns and exchanges are only possible in the following cases: customer received an incomplete or incorrect order, in case of defects or errors in execution, if the abaya has been altered, it cannot be exchanged or returned. The abaya can be exchanged or returned according to the mentioned cases within 3 days of receiving the order for return and 7 days for exchange. When returning, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days after the store receives the returned product. The customer has the right to return or exchange in any of these cases according to their preference, and the store bears the full shipping costs. Important: If the customer wishes to exchange due to an error on their part in the size, they should contact the store, and if the store agrees to the exchange and the requested item is available, the customer bears the full shipping cost of 54 riyals for the exchange and shipping. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping costs, the exchange will not be processed. Size exchange is done within 7 days of receiving the abaya after the store approves the exchange. The abaya cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been modified with a custom request, such as (custom size, different color from the display, any change in the displayed model, adding a tassel). The replaced abaya must be checked for integrity and to be in its original condition with its accessories intact, after which the replacement item will be shipped upon receipt of the exchange fee of 54 riyals.
